“Why understanding your patterns isn’t enough to change them” is the sentence that describes exactly where I am 6 months out. I can name everything now. The mechanism, the origin, the specific wound. And my body still hasn’t fully received the memo. Coming home to it rather than continuing to analyze it from the neck up is the work I am only just beginning. Grateful this exists.
I really appreciate the emphasis on moving beyond understanding into embodiment. Insight can open the door, but lasting change often happens when the body finally has a different experience to build from.
